The Talliers family is a family of eminence in Birne and indeed one of its founding families. As such, the family is one of the parties responsible for making deals with the Fair Folk for the blessing of crops and other agricultural prosperity in return for sacrifices. The witches of the family attempt to carry on the tradition to this day.[1]
