Spirit's Reunification is set down in The Revelation of the Prince of Twilight.

The spell claims to merge the subject's fractured soul with his missing immortal half, already conjured from the "misty void" by the Conjure Sundered Soul spell. In reality, the spell allows the fiend, dark fey, or other spirit bound to the subject by the prior spell to completely possess and control the subject's body, similar to a magic jar spell.
