| Members of [[Carnival]] and the [[Skurra]]. In 2E, they were considered a [[coven]] of witches, in that they were non-spellcasters who gained the ability to cast spells when joined as a group. In 3E this game mechanic has been abandoned in favor of the [[Hallowed Witch]] prestige class, which leaves the Fates' abilities in need of a retcon. One option would be to give all three of them the prestige class, but this would also make them 7th level spellcasters individually.
