Intoxication results from the consumption of alcohol or a drug such as opium, both of which are, strictly speaking, poisons. The degree of intoxication varies. An intoxicated individual may be incapacitated, substantially impaired, or slightly impaired. Intoxication may be ended with a neutralize poison spell.
