The Vuchar River was easily navigable from the Musarde River to Nevuchar Springs, within a mile of its source, albeit in progressively smaller craft. The Requiem altered that situation. Il Aluk went from being the most important port on the river to becoming an insurmountable obstacle to river traffic. The shroud surrounding the dead city and the aggressive undead calling it home, effectively cut the river in twain.
