The Pave of Hazlan commands the Iron Faith across the land of Hazlan from the Iron Citadel-Fane at the western edge of Toyalis under the relatively distant direction of Himmelsk Naeve Pieter Jergaar.[1][2] The Pave of Hazlan enjoys much greater autonomy than the Pave of Nova Vaasa who is under the thumb of the Himmelsk Naeve.[2] But in the end he has to avoid angering both the Himmelsk Naeve and Hazlik, two potent individuals with wildly incompatible natures and agendas.
Stravroz Vatsisk replaced Haakon Aramsen as Pave of Hazlan in 756 BC as a consequence of a real world editorial error.[3] The simplest solution to this in game is rule him dead of old age. Whereas his disappearance, without a trace, would make for a good hook.
