The House on Undral Hill can only be permanently be laid to rest if a character swears an oath to Alara Undral to find her children. If sworn, Alara will return the children she has imprisoned, and her house will no longer menace the people of Talanka any further.[1]
Swearing this oath allows the character to take the Haunted feat (a feat normally restricted in the Mists of Darkon campaign). If taken, the character is haunted by the spirit of Alara Undral. Regardless if the feat is taken, the character benefits from an increased chance to stabilize when suffering from a dying wound.[2]
