The Umbral Creature Template is an acquired template that can be applied to any aberration, dragon, giant, magical beast, or monstrous humanoid with a Charisma no less than 8. It changes the creature type to undead with the incorporeal subtype and modifies the base creature's CR by +2 (+3 if Huge or greater size.).[1]
