Noncanon Information
Vine horrors can be encountered in the Boglands region of Darkon. There, they are spawned by strange and abnormal processes similar to those that spawn dread shambling mounds ever since a residual positive energy wave unleashed by the Requiem warped life in the area.[2] 
Vine horrors can also be encountered in Vechor.[3]
