The layout of what has been built can be confusing to humans, and it is proportioned to match the Small size of the reptile men (with the exception of Sandovor's chambers). The pyramid serves as his residence as well as a place of worship for Merrshaulk through Sandovor, whom is seen as an avatar of that god. Sandovor's treasure caches are well hidden and protected by deadfall traps[1].
