Cardinál is a Hairy Spider[1] from Hazlan. He serves as a Dread Familiar for the red widow Richelle de Mauvais.
Background
Richelle bonded with Cardinál during a visit of the Théàtre d'Atroce to Hazlan, considering him to be a handsome specimen, and perhaps feeling a bit of envy and loneliness after witnessing Hairy Spiders' pack-based lifestyle.
While Cardinál mainly serves his mistress by keeping her lair free of small vermin, spying on people from the shadows and watching over her belongings while she is absent, he is as patient as the grave and more alert than a pack of bloodhounds. His loyalty to his mistress is flawless.
