Jamal ibn Bishr al-Ghani was the sheikh of one of the nomadic families of Pharazia. When an opposing family kidnapped the emir of nearby Ibraq, Jamal attempted to rescue the emir.
Subsequently Jamal has been appointed the new emir of Ibraq, and his brother Asad has become sheikh in his place.[1]
