Can't check the book yet. It might be just a ghostly allergen or something. But what do you think about the "Destroyed" label? Should it be just for things that have been destroyed definitively? Well, TEE says it's a magic item. It is linked to the ghost, but I would only call it a fetish if it was otherwise non-magical. Not sure if there's an in-game definition of fetish anyway. But more interestingly, I don't think it's actually cursed, at least to start with. The ghost is linked to it, yes, but the item itself has no "curse" to its user that I see... unless Raul is killed, then it becomes a harp of discord.
