The Ruined Keep is the ruins of a fortress near Neufurchtenburg in Lamordia where the mad golemcrafter Emil Bollenbach set up a laboratory to built a super-golem, intending to put the brain of Rudolph Van Richten and to use it to destroy all golems. The Keep had a chapel to Zababa, an ancient god of war.
