Alphantian Empire was an outlander empire on the world of Mystara. It was a magocracy and is the place of origin of Meredoth. He held the rank of baron in its spellcasting nobility. The island of Todstein, currently in the Nocturnal Sea, was copied from the island in the Great Bay of Norwold, a distant wilderness claimed by the Alphatian Empire.
