The City Constabulary enforces the law and investigates crime in Martira Bay. It consists of the Chief Constable, 2 Lieutenant Constables, 5 Sergeant Constables, and 100 rank-and-file Constables. Under the leadership of Alanik Ray the organisation was nigh incorruptible, sworn to the cause of law, order and justice.
