==Background==
When Carnival visited [[Darkon]] in [[743 BC]], Tenira began following along as a minor [[cutpurse]]. In reality, she was a [[Kargat]] [[spy]] sent by [[Azalin]] to keep an eye on [[Isolde]]. [[The Twisting]] took its effect, and her lower [[limb]]s were changed into [[tentacle]]s, leaving her much less useful as a spy and Kargat [[agent]]. Left with little choice, Tenira joined Carnival for the long haul. However, she despises [[Isolde]] and has thus thrown in with [[Professor Pacali]] and his [[conspiracy]].

Tenira Courant[1], who performs as "The Squid Woman," is a Lesser Seawolf and a member of Carnival.

Background

When Carnival visited Darkon in 743 BC, Tenira began following along as a minor cutpurse. In reality, she was a Kargat spy sent by Azalin to keep an eye on Isolde. The Twisting took its effect, and her lower limbs were changed into tentacles, leaving her much less useful as a spy and Kargat agent. Left with little choice, Tenira joined Carnival for the long haul. However, she despises Isolde and has thus thrown in with Professor Pacali and his conspiracy.
