Domains of Dread describes a typology of domain lord (its general term for darklord) based upon their power but more importantly the type of domain they rule. The typology is as follows [1]
- Demilords (Domain Lord Magnitude), (rulers of Pocket Domains)
- Lords (Domain Lord Magnitude), rulers of Islands of Terror
- Overlords (Domain Lord Magnitude), rulers of Cluster domains
- Darklords (Domain Lord Magnitude), rules of domains in The Core
This typology has not been used much elsewhere.
