He was accidentally captured by a fisher's nets and subsequently abducted and taken to the Norfolk, Virgina naval base. His daughter Sheldra has turned the clan away from his isolationist ways as an act of revenge against the humans, though she actually fears her father being freed because it would undermine her shaky leadership.[1]
