Mikel is fairly unique as far as werewolves go. Mikel Koz was a tribesman and barbarian originally from Sanguinia. After finding an old axe in some ruins seemingly dedicated to some kind of wolf cult, MIkel became stronger and tougher as a werewolf, but he succumbed to lust for power. This motivated him to murder his family in order to remove any rivals for leading the village. The villagers cursed him with the inability to control his berserker rage so long as he killed without conscience or regret. Mikel, fearing the wrath of the gods, fled into the blizzard storms and emerged in Verbrek, where he remains an outcast due to his uncontrollable rages that happen only when he is angry or injured.[1]
Mikel is fairly unique as far as werewolves go. He cannot control his shapechanging (always transforming into hybrid form when his rage is provoked), but he takes on characteristics of a winter wolf, complete with a breath weapon of cold.[2]
Mikel Koz was created by Andrew Snow for the Undead Sea Scrolls 2002.
