Saandra le Monte is a young 5 year old girl from Hazlan. She is the daughter of Stevfan le Monte (an outlander wizard) and a Rashemani woman. Following her mother's disappearance, Saandra's father attemped to summon a celestial to help them escape the Land of Mists but instead summoned Thissallra Torr, a powerful demon. Somehow in the bumbled summoning, Thissallra Torr was bound inside the young girl, and in a panic teleported away, taking Saandra with it to lands unknown.
