A Spectral Hag is an incorporeal undead form of the Hag. The spectral hag shares several commonalities with normal spectres, such as the ability to drain energy with a touch. In fact, killed by the chilling touch of a spectral hag rise again as spectres under control of the hag that spawned them. In addition, spectral hags can turn humanoids of the appropriate type into hags via special rituals held during nights of the full moon. In 3rd Edition, a spectral hag is represented by the Spectral Hag Template that may be applied to any hag.[1]
