Magnus Raynor is one of the top level agents in Martira Bay, so much so that his skills at manipulation are known and respected to the rest of that cell. Sadly, his son Jorhlan Raynor inherited little of his skill or ruthlessness. Magnus had to pull every string to get Jorhland inducted into the Kargatane.[1]
