Countess Carmilla Caliphvaso is a countess in Ustalav. She is a proponent of the cause of Reneis Ordranti becoming the prince of Ustalav rather than Prince Aduard Ordranti III. She first took up championing this cause following the disappearance of Reineis's mother Mircalla Caliphvaso.[1]
Countess Carmilla is also responsible for the creation of Castle Stryithe in Caliphas. It now serves as the seat of authority for Prince Aduard III's royal court.[2]
