Mistress Bela Ghuitau is the leader of the Merchant's Guild of Curriculo. She also owns the Cat's Eye Saloon. She murdered her husband, Gustav Ghuitau, by proxy through the actions of her lover, whom subsequently was executed by hanging. Mistress Bela seeks the arsonist responsible for damage to her warehouses and will pay a hefty sum (500 gold pieces) for their capture^[1]
