Founded in 757 BC, the Patriots of Liffe is an Liffen patriot group of vigilantes who ostensibly exist to minimize the corruption of foreigners and foreign trade upon Lifee. In reality, Hawke (and others) use ir to harrass foreign merchants and extort favors or money from them, as well as harass non-members whom are currying too much favor with foreign merchants or powers.^[1]
