Dr. Anthony Reuland is a Richemuloise enchanter and a member of the Fraternity of Shadows. He has fiendish blood in him, his Tepestani ancestor Madeline Reuland having had a tryst with a summoned fiend. Anthony clutches arcane secrets close, for he knows his fiendish ancestor will someday come for him. In the meantime, Reuland continues to progress in the Fraternity of Shadows and teach at the University of Richemulot. He often appears of ill health thanks to his coughing, but he is healthier than he lets on.[1]

Formerly a member of the Ste. Ronges Cell of the Fraternity of Shadows, Dr. Reuland was one of the members to relocate to Souragne after the betrayal of Erik van Rijn. there he used his skills as a propagandist to convince the populace they were mere merchants.[2]
