At the time of the Falling Star of 737 BC, Frantisek co-owned the Giggling Gargoyle Inn with Luther Kragula. Formerly part of Guildmaster Traders, a Thieves' Guild in Lekar. Luther is a dwarf, but he disguised himself as a human to avoid the attention of Falkovnian authooties [1]
Luther is planning on murdering Frantisek and taking the entire ownership of the tavern.[1]
