In 610 BC, Harkon Lukas was drawn into the Mists^[1] (specifically Barovia) from Cormyr. Harkon Lukas flew into a bitter fury over the foiling his shecmes, and he vented his wrath by hunting wolves and werewolves in Barovia for a number of years.^[2] His actions brought Strahd's wrath down upon him, and Lukas fled into the Misty Border. Lukas emerged from the Mists to find his own domain, Kartakass.^[3] The year was 613 BC.^[1]
