Geryn was the Son of Ronae and Welse and the brother of Moro. Like the rest of his family, Geryn resided in Arbora working as a weaver. After seeing the harm the Gathering Cloth was afflicting on his family, Geryn accepted a bribe to let an old man take it away. He was subsequently murdered by his father in a horrible rage as punishment.[1]
