Once an outlander military leader and governor that exploited and abused his authority over his subjects, Pelnur Gatesfist is now merely the ruler of a Shantytown gang within the domain of [[Monadhan]. He is (however temporarily) the leader of the current faction to control the Monadhan Outpost. However, he is struggling to rebuild his power base after the losses he sustained taking the Outpost.[1]
Pelnur came to Monadhan shortly after being lynched by an angry mob.[1]
