Hallid Kesthal is a NPC from the module Fair Barovia. he is Thaani tattoo artist who lives in Vallaki. In that module he asks them to clear the problems of the madness plague in the Thaani Neighborhood (Vallaki) of Vallaki and will give them magical tattoos in return.[1]
