Rivalis

Rivalis is a small city located in Darkon, within the Forest of Shadows north of Lake Placid. Its proximity to Lamordia allows Rivalis to serve as a bridge for trade and travel from Larmodia to Darkon and vice versa. Rivalis also holds a large majority halfling population.
