Phillip Weaver

In the Power of the Blood Dread Possibility, Phillip Weaver plans to use dread doppelganger blood to power human augmentation, primarily for his own self gain. A wizard and alchemist originally from Mordent, Phillip Weaver graduated from the University of Dementlieu but came to live in Paridon after he heard of the Divinity of Mankind movement, though he went step forward by conducting research into making humans more than human. He currently operates out of the Blackchapel neighborhood of Paridon. Beyond wanting to gain the powers of a shapeshifter, Phillip has already gained the powers of regeneration through an infusion of troll blood and super strength from golem muscle. He is assisted and protected by alchemical children of his own creation as well as several hired human and caliban toughs.
