Lottie Barnes is a minor character in Heaven's Bones. She is a woman who runs a boarding house of proper repute (at least by the local standards) in the Whitechapel neighborhood of London. From time to time, she serves as a midwife and has has expert knowledge on birth control, at least according to Dr. Sophie Huxley.[1] Davy McPhee is her doorman.
