The Big Boss is both the dominant crimelord and darklord of the crime-ridden metropolis lords over. The Big Boss is both highly intelligent and holds powerful psionic powers. Feared, respected, and influential, the Big Boss must nonetheless take great efforts to keep a grip on his dark and grimy city. Moreover, all color in the city has become muted, greatly disturbing the Big Boss. Noir genre fiction and the Sin City comic book and movies serve as inspiration for the domain.[1]
