A lich and witch-doctor of amazing power, Anabubali, the Mother of Dinosaurs, ruled her world with an army of primordial monsters created through eldritch and perverse magics put upon reptile eggs. However, all of that came apart when her land was struck by a meteor called by her enemies. Now she lords over the wild, monster-infested island domain known as the Isle of Monsters, where she dominates a city of reptilian humanoids that venerate her as a deity. Despite her power and genius, she is superstitiouswith a mind far removed from higher CL civilizations, which makes her highly jealous when her territory is encroached upon by intruders from other lands and the technologies and culture they command that she will never have.[1]
