Bodaks are undead[1][2] rising from mortals whom met their doom in the face of terrible evils[2] such as the Abyss[1]. Though possessing some ephemeral memories and perhaps even mannerisms of their bygone mortal existences[1][2], bodaks in general despise all living things[2]. Despite their antisocial natures, Bodaks may nonetheless organize into small gangs in addition to wandering alone[2]. A bodak can make more of its kind through its death gaze, which can slay onlookers[1][2]. Although capable of striking with its fists, the bodak relies mostly upon its death gaze attack in combat[1][2].
