Taaj al-Riaz is an outlander goblin from Zakhara. Despite his origins, he has risen to become the emir of Nizwar due to his skill with spear and mounted combat.[1]
Taaj is the founding member of the House of Riaz. The only other members are his wife Zahra bint Hasaana and his mother Nasifa al-Riaz.[2]
