Milarn was a pompous tax-collector who attempted to cheat the Kargat. He was delivered as a gift to Azalin who transformed him into a giant leech and left him to rot with several others (including Coryn, Slippery Siv, and Rose) in the Room of Alteration in Castle Avernus.
Milarn may have been found and rescued by adventurers in 740 who were on their way to inadvertently beginning the Grand Conjunction. It is however unlikely that Azalin would have let him leave Castle Avernus alive.
