Rain of Terror is a 4th level evocation spell that calls up a rainstorm with a one mile diameter and a 2-4 hour duration that pours down one of the following:
- Black, putrid water
- Ash and embers
- Steaming blood
- Frogs or toads
- Dead bats
- Snakes
- Spiders
Options appearing later in the list require higher claster levels. Half the creatures survive the fall and are harmless.
