Transplantation is the replacement of the tissues or organs of a living creature and as such excludes golems and undead as recipents. It is not yet a reputable science in the Land of Mists save for in Bluetspur where even brain transplantation is not beyond the competences of the biomancers of that fell realm. Dr. Victor Mordenheim has achieved comparable results, but the shadow of the Dark Powers hangs darkly over his work such that his innovative methods do not admit of repetition by others.
