Claudia DeShanes was an assistant to Dr. Rudolph van Richten. She was killed by Merilee Markuza, and is now a ghost, trapped in Richten Haus by Madame Radanavich.
She was originally found in Sanguinia by Arametrius, who introduced her to Dr. van Richten.
