S.H. Williby (born 681 BC[1]) is an NPC from the module Hour of the Knife. He is a notary whom resides in Paridon and works at Williby & Heffnel Notaries (Area 13 of the Paridon map). Although an old man of decaying health and eccntric mind, he is a self-educated scholar[2] whom may know the most of any person in Paridon.[3]

Williby is nonetheless of potential use to the player characters investigating the Bloody Jack murders if the seek knowledge of any monsters encountered along the way.
