Baron Aspasian was the mayor of Il Aluk. He is presumed decesased, his period of rule having included the year 682 BC. In that year Alyn Dragant, his cousin, tracked the Whistling Fiend from Darkon to Invidia.

Chronology
- 682 BC Alyn Dragant, cousin to Baron Aspasian of Il Aluk, tracks the Whistling Fiend from Darkon to Invidia. [The date implied in VRGtF pg. 53 is actually 541, but this creates a continuity error. To arrive at this date, I used the WF’s first appearance (which must be post-579, and added “over a century.” (VRGtF pg. 41)]
