The Clinic for the Mentally Distressed stands abandoned outside of Egertus. It is a sinkhole of evil with the taint of fear. A nightmare double of the facility exists in the City of Nod in the Nightmare Lands. The Unending Sleep is a mistway that leads from the former to the latter. It was managed by Dr. Gregorian Illhousen and Dr. Harrod Tasker.
