Lars Kerskman is a spider-human broken one who has murdered several Talons by strangulation. He is known to the inhabitants of Lekar as the Silken Strangler. He was originally a sneak thief of Lekar who was caught by Vjorn Horstman and injected with a slightly too powerful version of the Primal Serum, which is slowly turning him into a spider. He often uses a garrote as a weapon.[1]
