The Sobbing Spirit of the Black Tower was a human woman murdered by Baron Metus. The sorrowful spirit inhabits a bedroom in the Black Tower. Although effectively a banshee, she does not keen, but her sobs have the same effect as the keening of a normal banshee.[1]
