Drigor is a fiend, a shator gehreleth. He is the author the of the Madrigorian, by virtue of his proxies in the Madrigore family.[1] The creature was hunted to the village of Edrigan by Dr. Rudolph van Richten, with disastrous results, mainly the deaths of Davvyd, Samuel, and Ottelie Farringer, with the doctor himself probably being spared only as a direct consequence of his curse. The group managed to imprison Drigor using a Mystick Cage, but a fatal mistake was made in judging the fiend's alignment and hence in crafting the wards that were to bind him.</ref>Van Richten's Monster Hunter's Compendium III p.84-85</ref>
