Talon Bracers are worn by the Falkovnian Talons. They consist of iron bracelets, welded around the Talon's wrist. They grant spell resistance to the wearer, but magically enforce perfect loyalty to Vlad Drakov. They cannot be removed without breaking them or injuring the wearer.
